Returns & Exchanges

At Poppy & Pine, we want you to love every piece you purchase; however, if your fit isn't quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely attach it to your package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original packaging is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
